We host one-to-one and small-group private sessions from our home studio spaces.
These offerings are intentionally kept small, fostering an environment conducive to curious explorations and meaningful connections. We offer them on a termly or thematic basis, allowing us to dive deeper into theory and practice through inquiry-based and collaborative learning. Class size and commitment means we can be highly attuned to our students’ needs and interests.
Unless otherwise stated, there is a maximum of 4 per class and a minimum of 2 sign-ups are needed for the class to run. If you need to reschedule, you can do so within a 30 day period from your original booked class. Please let us know via email and we will be happy to facilitate this.
Late cancellations with less than 24h notice will result in forfeit of payment. Please cancel early to be eligible for a refund. Terms apply.
Private sessions are a great way to start a yoga and movement practice. Other than the convenience it offers, you will be able to have your classes customised to suit your needs, such as if you have medical conditions or injuries that may require more one-on-one attention.
