We host one-to-one and small-group private sessions from our home studio spaces. These offerings are intentionally kept small, fostering an environment conducive to curious explorations and meaningful connections. We offer them on a termly or thematic basis, allowing us to dive deeper into theory and practice through inquiry-based and collaborative learning. Class size and commitment means we can be highly attuned to our students’ needs and interests.

Restorative Yoga

Experience the tranquility of Restorative Yoga, a gentle practice designed to foster deep relaxation and rejuvenation. This practice is supported by an array of props including blankets, bolsters and blocks, ensuring comfort and ease throughout. With the intention of soothing the nervous system, Restorative Yoga can facilitate down regulation, which in turn can help with improved sleep, fuller breathing, boosted immunity and better supported menstrual cycles.

Prenatal Yoga

Discover the perfect blend of yoga, movement, and birth education in our Prenatal Yoga classes. Designed for all expectant individuals, from the early stages of pregnancy to the journey towards birth, our classes offer a comprehensive approach to support your physical and mental well-being.

Guided by birth physiology and positioning techniques, our sessions integrate elements from renowned methodologies such as Spinning Babies® and Body Ready Method®, alongside Restorative Yoga and mindfulness practices. Embrace the transformative power of birth-informed movement and mindfulness as you prepare for pregnancy, labour, and birth.

Postnatal Yoga

The postpartum period is a delicate and pivotal time for rest and recovery. This class focuses on providing both physical and mental support for new parents, incorporating breathwork and rehabilitative movement derived from Yoga, Pilates, and strength training to aid in regaining stability and strength.

In addition to physical practices, mindfulness-based meditation and Restorative Yoga will be integrated into each session. This class welcomes babies.

Private Sessions

Looking for something more personalised? We offer selected slots for private consultations for yoga and movement. This option may be suitable for those who are recovering from injury or simply want to have more flexibility in scheduling.
