If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or participate in our classes.
2. Description of Services
We offer virtual and in-person classes and training courses focusing on physical movement and teaching. Our classes may include but are not limited to yoga, fitness, meditation, strength training and other wellness activities.
3. Participant Requirements
By participating in our programmes, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- You are in good physical condition and able to participate in the activities offered.
- You will follow the instructions provided by our instructors and staff.
- You will inform our instructors of any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns that may affect your ability to participate safely.
4. Cancellation Policy
For individual class bookings, cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will not be eligible for a refund. For courses, specific cancellation terms will apply, please refer to the course booking page for details.
5. Assumption of Risk
You understand and acknowledge that participating in physical activities carries inherent risks, including the risk of injury. By participating in our classes, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the activities and agree that neither Centred Space Pte Ltd nor its contractors or instructors will be liable for any injury, illness, or damage resulting from your participation, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
6. Release and Waiver of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Centred Space Pte Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and instructors from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your participation in our classes, including but not limited to those resulting from negligence or breach of warranty.
7. Intellectual Property
All content and materials provided in our classes, including but not limited to videos, audio recordings, text, images, and logos, are the property of Centred Space Pte Ltd or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or display any of our content without prior written permission.
8. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time without notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our website or participation in our classes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
